Our country has a young and dynamic structure in terms of human resources. One of the development indicators of a country is the balance and level of young population benefiting from education and training opportunities. It is a clear fact that the educational opportunities offered in our country have increased qualitatively in recent years, but the level of knowledge varies regionally. In fact, this difference increases significantly between the provincial center and the rural areas connected to the same city. Scientists, educators, teachers, engineers, doctors, students and self-employed people from different sectors, who know the village life, come together, join their forces and work together in order to minimize this difference and to carry out studies for the purpose of preserving the social texture in the countryside and highlighting the social benefit. They established KÖYÇOY with the understanding of using the mind. By emphasizing the feeling of solidarity and cooperation, such an organization was established in order to help our children and youth who are in need but bright-minded, who can compete with their peers when given the opportunity, and who can protect our traditional values. The founders believe that KÖYÇOY should be an idea club rather than a charity that serves to raise village children.
